What types of meals does Eco Rico offer?
We offer weekly healthy baskets filled with balanced meals and vegetables, food jars, breads and desserts. Our offer also includes catering for events.
Where is the delivery made?
We deliver our products in Gran Canaria.
Are all meals vegan?
Yes, at Eco Rico we only cook vegan dishes.

What is the price of a weekly basket?
The price of the basket full of healthy meals, vegetables, jars and desserts is 89.99 euros and a refundable deposit of 10 euros. Delivery of your first order is free!

When can I receive my refundable deposit?
Each basket includes a refundable deposit of 10 euros. Our delivery man will return it to you in cash during the next delivery once we receive the basket and jars. Reusable packaging is an important part of our green mission to promote sustainable ways of consuming food.

What happens to my deposit if I don't order any more baskets?
In the event that you do not order any more baskets, you can write us a message with a view to returning the basket and jars. Then, next Monday our delivery man will collect the basket from your house and will return 10 euros in cash.

How far in advance are the baskets ordered?
The baskets are ordered three days in advance.

I probably won't be home at the time of delivery. Can someone else pick up my order?
Of course no problem. Tell us where and to whom we should deliver your order at least two days before.

Can I pay for my food with the Edenred Ticket Restaurant card?
Yes, Eco Rico is part of the Edenred network. The Ticket Restaurant program is a wonderful option to offer employees a chance to pay for meals from the company.

How should I store the food?
Foods should be refrigerated and then heated, depending on the type of dish and the information on the product label.

Can I freeze the food?

YOU CANNOT FREEZE GLASS JARS WITH FOOD. IT IS NECESSARY TO PUT THE FOOD TO TUPPERS BEFORE PUTTING IT IN THE FREEZER.

Plates with the following numbers are suitable for freezing and eating later: 1, 2, 3, 5, 6, 7, 10, 11.

It is not recommended to freeze dishes with the following numbers: 4, 8, 9, 14, 15, 16, 17.

 
Can I exchange any of the dishes in the basket for others?
Up to two dishes can be substituted for other dishes in the basket (eg order two servings of soup instead of one). It is essential to contact us to make a change.
Is it possible to prepare a certain dish without using a certain spice or vegetable?
In the case of allergies or food intolerances, we try to adapt to the needs of customers, so yes, we can prepare a basket without a specific product. It is essential to contact us to make this change.

What payment methods are available?
We accept online payment by credit and debit card when ordering.

Is it possible to cancel the order?
If you cancel your order three days before the scheduled delivery date, you will receive a coupon to use on your next order.
