Eco&Rico Basket

The basket presented below will be delivered on Monday, March 27.

Get to know our Eco&Rico basket, our main product, which will provide you with meals for a week. Our menu includes: soups, main dishes, sauces, homemade bread, delicious vegan desserts and our vegetables, which are collected on the day of delivery. The menu changes every week and our chef, who has more than 15 years of experience in vegan cuisine, prepares dishes from all over the world.

This week we have prepared the following dishes for you:

1. Red cabbage cream with pomegranate and fresh coriander / velvet cream soup with red cabbage, with a surprising color and taste given in the baking process with the addition of balsamico and pomegranate fruit / 3 / red cabbage, onion, garlic, coconut milk, pomegranate, balsamic cream, coriander, and vegetable broth / celery / ready-to-heat food that can be taken to work or on a trip. If you want to freeze it, remember to transfer it to tupperware / 570 ml
2. Miso / classic Japanese soup, for the preparation of which we use beneficial miso paste, tofu, shitake mushrooms, rice noodles, wakame algae / 2 / miso, rice noodles, vegetable broth, sesame, wakame, tofu, and chives / celery, sesame / ready-to-heat food that can be taken to work or on a trip. If you want to freeze it, remember to transfer it to tupperware / 570 ml
3. Stewed beetroots in lemon sauce / delicious and healthy dish with an unusual taste, steamed beets and their leaves are closed in a jar with an aromatic lime sauce / 3 / garlic, onion, ginger, beetroot, beetroot leaves, lime, kafir, coconut milk / ideal with bread, baked potatoes or grains which you can find in your basket. By adding a fried piece of our pâté, you will have a complete and hearty dinner. Ready-to-heat food that can be taken to work or on a trip. If you want to freeze it, remember to transfer it to tupperware / 570 ml
4. Jar of health / our version of a nutritious salad / 1 / white cabbage, blanched kale, pearl barley, lentils / to make it tastier, eat it with olive oil, our vinaigrette (#9) or mayonnaise (#8). You can take it to work or on a trip and enjoy a healthy and healthy meal / 570 ml
5. Yellow curry with cauliflower, chickpeas and spring onions / aromatic, delicate yellow cauliflower and chickpea curry with fresh spring onions / 3 / onion, garlic, ginger, cauliflower, kaffir, lemongrass, lemon zest and juice, coconut milk, chickpeas / ideal with rice or rice noodles. 6. Minced-meat-style soy cutlet with mashed potatoes and beetroot / a traditional Polish dinner in a vegan version / 0 / soy protein, potatoes, beets, onion, garlic / soy / / ready-to-eat on day of delivery or to freeze later. A healthy and hearty dinner / 500 gr
7. Beetroot pesto / pesto in a vegetable version, where we replaced the herbs with roasted beetroot / 2 / sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, extra virgin olive oil, garlic, lemon/ ideal to eat with pasta, potatoes, semolina or rice or spread on bread / 350 ml
8. Garlic mayonnaise / our favorite sauce, in which we substitute eggs for soy / 2 / soy milk, sunflower oil, black salt, lemon juice, roasted garlic / soy / ideal for salads and sandwiches / 220ml
9. Thyme vinaigrette / tasty and aromatic salad dressing / 2 / extra virgin olive oil, garlic, lemon, thyme / add it to your salad / 60 ml
10. Bread of life / healthy bread rich in fiber, baked without the use of flour and yeast / oat flakes, sunflower and flax seeds, dates, sunflower oil / gluten / 3 / ideal for sandwiches or as a complement to dishes. Remember that you can always add more bread to your basket / 500 gr
11. Tomato gingerbread / homemade cake made with healthy ingredients / 3 / spelled flour, brown sugar, tomatoes, bananas / gluten / tastes best with jam or peanut butter / 15x10 cm
12. Raw mix of herbs and other vegetables from our garden / collected by our gardeners on the day of departure for you / add it to your dishes as a healthy supplement / (2)
13. Fresh seasonal vegetables directly from our garden / (2)
14. Green vegetable spread / delicious and healthy spread / 2 / spinach, kale, olive oil, garlic, onion, broccoli / ideal to eat with pasta, rice or grains and as a spread on bread / 350ml
15. Millet pâté / made with roasted vegetables with healthy millet and nuts / 3 / onion, garlic, millet, nuts, stewed carrots, cauliflower and broccoli / nuts / ideal for a sandwich or as a cutlet after heating / 500 gr
16. Granola / a healthy mix of dried fruits and nuts prepared without sugar and with a reduced fat content / rolled oats nut, raisins, dates, sunflower oil / gluten, nuts / 3 / addition to yogurt, a snack or breakfast healthy / 200 gr
17. Orange jelly with papaya / healthy homemade dessert / 3 / orange, papaya, dates / to give you even more happiness after a meal / 350 ml

The final price will include a refundable deposit of 10 euros.
